  • Advised Harland Clarke Corp., a leading US-based provider of integrated payment solutions, marketing services, security services and retail products, on Indian law issues pertaining to the payment of bonus, and vacation and leave entitlements, to employees.
  • Assisting CIGNA Health Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of the US insurance major, on Indian employment law advice, drafting employment agreements and advising on provisions of the Bombay Shops and Establishments Act, 1948.
  • Advising ArthoCare Corporation, a leading medical devices company headquartered in the US, on Indian employment law issues regarding leave and vacation entitlements to employees.
  • Advised A.M. Todd India Pvt. Ltd. on issues relating to an employment non-disclosure agreement, and assisted in finalizing the company's non-disclosure agreement.
  • Advised Western Digital, the world’s second largest maker of data storage products and a global leader in external storage solutions, on the termination of employees in different Indian offices.
  • Advised Network Appliance (India) Private Limited on terminating certain employees, and also assisted in drafting and negotiating separation agreements.
  • Advised W.L.Gore and Associates, Inc., a leading manufacturer of specialized products derived from fluoropolymers, on employment regularization and contract labour law issues in India.
  • Advised SKS Microfinance Limited, one of the largest microfinance companies in the world, on the manner in which it could depute its non-executive chairman as a representative at its US liaison office, and also advised on Indian laws impacting his appointment, managerial remuneration and the employee stock options held by him.  Also, advised on employment and corporate governance issues with respect to termination of employment of its CEO.
