“US policies post-election could impact both investor sentiment and policy decisions in India. An easing of interest rates in the US and further strengthening of India-US bilateral relations will likely result in more capital availability for US investors to invest in India.
At the same time, the election result will also determine if US companies are incentivised to outsource and expand their operations globally, or if the US government adopts a more national/protectionist approach by offering incentives for local sourcing/value creation within the US.”
